What time is MY BEST part of the day?

It is proven that every physician’s advice for the best meal of the day is having “Morning Breakfast”.  We (the human race) where our Society is structured around being active during the day and sleeping at night. Therefore, having morning breakfast is vital part to begin our day to be active. According to the quote by Lemony Snicket which I always kept that in mind states that: –

“Morning is an important time of day, because how you spend your morning can often tell you what kind of day you are going to have.”

As I reflect on this quote, I sometimes think that we don’t have to be like the morning glories, which have one-day flowers.

 Most morning glories have one-day flowers. The flowers open at a particular time, most often about dawn, and, by the time the day is hot, they have wilted, not to open again. I always have this philosophy that we have to start our morning with greatness and the rest of the day will fall in place rather than wilted away with ungratefulness like the morning-glories.

No matter how good or bad my life is, I wake up each morning and being thankful that I still have one. Furthermore, I also feel that when I wake up early, I feel that I am there to witness the day unfolds in front of my very eyes and feel that sense of waking up to a bright, bright sunny day.


My favourite part of the day is morning and it certainly come with many surprises and never know what the nature unfolds for you each morning. As I always do, each morning, I try to visit many different locations to capture some of the morning sunlight and beaches are certainly great location to be. Also, at the same time, you tend to witness the disappearance of the moon in the west and sunrise in the east.
